Chase represented 3405 Triana Ozone, LLC the Landlord. The tenant, University Pickers (an existing antique mall with 115+ vendors selling decor, gifts, paint & furniture), was represented by Barry Looser with John Blue Realty.

3405 Triana Blvd was built circa 1900 and has an interesting history, it is part of Merrimack Mill and Village, was formerly a City of Huntsville School, it has been an office building and will now be the home of University Pickers.
