Collections, processing credit applications and setting up new customers. Monthly ALDOT highway letting, where we would bid with construction companies to provide the aggregate for the projects.
Providing daily summary of all accounts and orders taken, as well as verify pricing in order to invoice customers.

Manage and resolve problems with clients’ accounts receivable and collections. Review and process leases. Review rent roll each month for accuracy. Ensure customer satisfaction; and client maintenance request. Handle confidential information, monthly reporting. Office management: ordering supplies – submitting payroll – tracking real estate taxes for properties and submitting for payment – managing two office assistants, working with vendors to ensure best prices for our office supplies, office machines, travel arrangements, planning annual meetings, etc. Sound decision making – able to assess the situation and respond in a productive and efficient manner.
