NAI Chase Commercial Announces Richard Tidwell as Director of Sales & Leasing in Birmingham Office
BIRMINGHAM, AL (January 20, 2026) – NAI Chase Commercial, a member of NAI Global, the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that Richard Tidwell has joined the firm as Director of Sales & Leasing, based in its Birmingham office. Richard brings more than 20 years of leadership, commercial real estate, and business development experience to the firm.
Richard specializes in landlord and tenant representation, investment property sales, land acquisition, and healthcare-sector real estate strategy, with experience across medical, office, retail, and industrial assets.

He previously held leadership roles with CARR, Inc. and Hoover Toyota, bringing a diverse background in brokerage operations, regional management, and financial leadership.
Richard will be based in NAI Chase Commercial’s Birmingham office and will serve clients throughout Alabama and the surrounding region.
