NAI Chase Commercial Announces Chrissy Callahan as Business Manager for Birmingham Office

BIRMINGHAM, AL (February 10, 2026) – NAI Chase Commercial, a member of NAI Global, the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that Chrissy Callahan has joined the firm as Business Manager for its Birmingham office.

In her role, Callahan will oversee business operations, support brokerage performance, and advance strategic growth initiatives in the Birmingham market. She has more than 12 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and client relationship management, with a strong record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Most recently, Callahan served as National Sales Director for CFC Print & Mail, where she managed more than $8 million in annual sales and oversaw 500+ key accounts nationwide. Her leadership helped increase profitability through strategic planning, executive-level client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade as Business Development Director, scaling regional sales from $35,000 to $200,000 per month and expanding the client base by more than 200 accounts.

Callahan also brings experience in commercial real estate, having supported tenant representation and site selection for multi-location retail clients. In addition, she has founded and led multiple businesses, overseeing operations, sales strategy, and team development.
