NAI CHASE COMMERCIAL AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR SOUTH HAVEN SURGICAL PLAZA AT STADIUM TRACE VILLAGE PHASE II

HOOVER, AL (August 27, 2026) NAI Chase Commercial, a member of NAI Global, the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, has been awarded the leasing assignment for South Haven Surgical Plaza, an approximately 80,000-square-foot, four-story medical campus now under development at Stadium Trace Village Phase II near Interstate 459 and Highway 150 in Hoover.

The purpose-built project will expand outpatient care in one of the Birmingham region’s fastest-growing corridors. Plans include a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center with six operating rooms and two procedure rooms, advanced imaging and diagnostic suites, and Class A clinical office space.

As leasing representative, NAI Chase Commercial will lead outreach to medical groups and specialists. Qualifying physicians may also have opportunities to participate in real estate and ambulatory surgery center ownership.

South Haven Surgical Plaza recently broke ground on an 18.4-acre site as a cornerstone of Stadium Trace Village Phase II. The broader expansion represents more than $200 million in planned private investment and will introduce additional retail, dining, entertainment and community amenities. The campus is also designed to accommodate a future surgical hospital addition.
