As a Property Manager, Garrett oversees all day to day operations for multiple office/medical and retail complexes consisting of 1,700,000 square feet managed by NAI Chase. Acting as a liaison between property owners and tenants, Garrett is responsible for overseeing the full maintenance of the property.
Working with our maintenance staff, along with hired vendors, Garrett maintains the property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints/requests, enforcing rules of occupancy as outlined in the leases, inspecting vacant suites and completing any necessary building repairs. Garrett oversees all state and federal requirement to ensure all building systems are current on inspections and adhering to necessary building codes.
Garrett helps owners accomplish their financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances.
