Mr. McCullough attended the University of Alabama 1969 through 1972 studying Business Management and Marketing. He graduated from Athens State University in May 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Technology.
Doug joined Chase Commercial Real Estate Services in mid 1999 bringing over twenty two years of experience with property leasing, disposition and management of commercial real estate.
Licensed in 1977 and as a Commercial Real Estate Professional since 1987, Mr. McCullough has been responsible for office leasing, brokerage sales and property management. As a representative for the owners of large multi-tenant office parks, he has considerably increased occupancy rates and negotiated multi-year office leases, to the benefit of property owners.
Doug is a CCIM candidate and is recognized in the Commercial Real Estate community as an experienced Tenant Representative, successfully negotiating on behalf of his clients for multi-year, office leasing terms and custom build to suit facilities..
