| John has an active real estate license in Alabama and Ohio, where he begin his real estate career in 1981. He has been active in sales, leasing of commercial, office, industrial, and investment properties, shopping centers, including development and acquisitions. He has been involved in site selections, acquisition of property, creation of land use plans, and coordination of and securing zoning and other governmental requirements. He has personally overseen all lease negotiations with tenants (national, regional, and local). In addition, John has secured both interim and permanent financing for development projects. He has also been involved with the development of warehouse/industrial and restaurant leasing sales. |
