Background & Experience
|
Beginning in 1990, Mr. Grelier performed valuations and consulting assignments for a broad range of commercial properties with a regional real estate company based in New Orleans. Clients included corporations, financial institutions, and developers. Property types included multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use and golf course properties.
Mr. Grelier's responsibilities at Chase Commercial Properties include project financing, development, and management of the Company's investments. During his tenure at Chase, he has been directly involved in the procurement of approximately $235 million of real estate assets. Mr. Grelier also served as managing partner of a 750-acre master planned community which included a private country club, an18-hole championship golf course and a TND neighbhorhood.
